For individuals and families in most South Dakota counties, Wellmark offers their Blue Select PPO plan. Customers on this PPO (preferred provider organization) plan are free to choose whatever physician they like, but benefits are highest when they see physicians from within Wellmark's provider network. * Blue Select 500 - This plan carries a low deductible of $500 ($1,500 for a family). Coinsurance costs are 10% for in-network physicians and 20% out-of-network.
