Access One 10/20A/30B: These plans have no deductible and no lifetime maximum coverage. In-patient and outpatient hospital coverage, well-baby visits, preventive care and office visits are all covered with a co-pay. Dental, vision and prescription drug coverage comes standard with most plans. An optional maternity rider is available. Optional maternity rider, family deductible 4000, no co-insurance, co-pay for office visits and well-child care and chiropractic.
Focused Deductible Plan IFD 10/20A/30B:These HMO plans have deductibles ranging from $1000-$5000, with a separate pharmacy deductible of $250. Most services are covered by a co-pay, including office visits and hospital inpatient and outpatient services. There is an optional maternity rider available. Vision and dental service is standard coverage with this plan.

Vista Health of South Florida also offers a consumer-driven health plan. In addition, they have expanded their OB/GYN network by 100 providers. They also offer their members access to many discounted programs and services, including their HealthyKids program. Vista HealthPlan of South Florida holds an A.M.
