* CILS HealthGuard Critical Illness - This plan is for patients 18-64 suffering from chronic illnesses, such as cancer, and is renewable past age 65. Pays lump sum benefits between $10,000 and $50,000. The policy terminates upon payment of benefit.
* HSXC Hospital and Surgical - Benefits for surgical, recovery and daily treatment. Up to $7,500 for misc. treatment above and beyond surgery cost.
