• Regence Breakthru: This plan is new for residents living in Clark County. There are two deductible options; preventive care, hospitalization and outpatient care is covered. Office visits are covered 100% after the co-pay, and two prescription drug programs are available. They also offer a child-only coverage policy for members aged 24 or younger.
  
  
• Blue Selections Premier: This plan offers deductibles ranging from $500-$7500, after which most medical services are covered 80%. Office visit copays are $20; well-baby, child immunizations, well-woman exams are covered. Prescription coverage is paid at 50%. Finally, members get access to Special Beginnings, TruVision and Accidental Death.
  
  
• Blue Selections Plus: This plan is similar to the Premier plan, except that office visits are covered not with a co-pay but co-insurance of 80%. Deductibles range from $500-$5000.
  
  
• Blue Selections Basic: This plan has the same benefits as the other two Selections options. The co-insurance amount for this plan is 70% for covered services. In addition, there is an added deductible for prescription drug coverage before the plan will pay 50%.
