Classic One 90%/70%: This plan allows family deductibles of anywhere from $250-$5,000. For in-network care, covered services are paid at a 90% co-insurance. Included in this coverage plan is in-patient and out-patient coverage, routine and preventive care and well-child care. Also available for coverage is accidental dental injury, Mammograms, maternity, physical/vision/hearing exams and prescription drug coverage.
Classic One 80%/60%: This plan is similar to the Classic One 90, but offers in-network services at a co-insurance rate of 80% instead of the higher rate. Preventive care, in-patient and outpatient hospital care, maternity and well-child care is standard with this plan.

Midwest Security Insurance Companies also offers a consumer-driven option that allows its members to place money in a tax-exempt savings account, which can then be drawn upon when needed to pay for unexpected medical costs, or simply to provide routine well-child or adult care.
