Independence Blue Cross offers two main plans for individuals and families: Personal Choice PPO, and Traditional Indemnity. Personal Choice PPO (preferred provider organization) works with a network of doctors to provide cost-effective care to members. Here are some details of their plans for individuals and families:

* Personal Choice® PPO - This plan allows you to see any physician you like, but confers the highest degree of benefits when you see physicians from within IBC's network. Benefits include, doctor visits, hospitalization, maternity care and specialist visits.

* Traditional Indemnity - This plan covers you no matter where you go, in or out of network. Benefits are similar to Personal Choice PPO, though premiums may be higher.

Other Plan Options
