GHI Alliance Value Plan PPO: This PPO plan offers basic medical and prescription coverage as well as hospitalization is covered. Well-child and preventive care is offered with no deductible.
GHI Alliance 365 Day Hospital Plan: With this plan, the first 365 days of hospitalization is covered. Outpatient benefits include Emergency room, preventive screenings such as Pap tests and Mammograms, and hospice care.
GHI Small Business Advantage Plan: This plan is for the sole proprietor or small business owner with a family. It offers emergency and hospital service with a co-payment and prescription drug coverage with a co-pay. Maternity care and well-child visits/immunizations are also covered.
Healthy New York EPO: This comprehensive plan offers unlimited maximum benefits. In-patient hospital coverage including maternity is offered with a $500 co-payment. Prescription drug coverage, well-visits, second opinions and adult/child preventive care is covered, all with a simple co-pay. This plan is only available in some areas of New York.
Direct Pay GHI HMO: Low co-pay options and premiums make this HMO the perfect family plan. Comprehensive coverage including well-child, maternity, preventive, in-patient and outpatient care, and optional prescription drug coverage, all with simple co-pay options.
Direct Pay POS: This POS product is identical to the Direct Pay GHI HMO, except that enrollees can choose out-of-network doctors for an added cost. In addition, optional riders can be added to the plan for vision, prescription, dental and alternative care.

In addition, the carrier offers Healthy New York HMO, a low-income plan for those who cannot afford health insurance.
