Blue Care PPO: A choice of many deductibles. Maternity care is covered, and prescription coverage as well as physician services allow co-pays. There is optional supplemental injury and dental insurance available.
Personal Blue: Major medical coverage available. This plan allows flexibility in co-insurance amounts and desired level of coverage.
Essential Blue Basic PPO: Designed to cover unexpected health problems, this plan offers limited benefits. There are four deductible options. X-ray services and maternity coverage is available, however physician services are not covered.
Essential Blue Plus: This is an enhanced version of the Blue Basic plan. Maternity is largely covered by the plan; there is a limit of doctor visits per benefit period, with a small co-pay. Prescriptions are partly covered with no deductible.
