Value Plan PPO: Lower deductible option than comprehensive, with the same basic coverage including optional maternity and dental. Prescription coverage is standard. Co-insurance is 20% with all deductible levels.
CompCareBlue HMO: low deductibles, 10% family co-insurance, co-pay on prescriptions, maternity. Dental coverage is not available with this option.
Hospital Surgical Plans: Choice of 50% or 70% co-insurance, no prescription drug coverage. This plan is mainly utilized for hospitalization services. Maternity and dental coverage is not available.
