PPO Select® Saver Series III: This plan has prescription drug card coverage, well-child and immunization coverage until age 7, child-only coverage, In-patient and outpatient coverage, and eight deductible options.
PPO Select® Value Care: There are no deductibles with this plan, although high out-of-pocket expenses. Prescription drug plan carries a 50% co-insurance; in addition, comprehensive medical coverage is available.
PPO Select BasicSM: Four deductible options for families, with well-child and preventive covered 100% until age 7. In-patient and outpatient coverage is available, although with fewer benefits than the other plans. A prescription drug card program is included.
