Select Blue: families get their choice of deductibles, even an option to pay no deductible at all. Covered are hospitalization, well-child care and prescriptions with a $10 co-pay.
Select Blue Advantage: covers major medical costs. This option offers a co-pay for emergency care, prescription drugs and doctor visits. It also has optional maternity coverage.
BlueChoice Value: Similar to the select plan, although it offers maternity care as well as hospitalization, prescription coverage and well-child visits.
BlueChoice Select: A $30 co-pay for doctor's visits, well-child benefits and an emphasis on preventive care, as well as free enrollment in Members First discount program.
Basic Blue: This does not cover routine or outpatient services. Its purpose is to cover major catastrophic injury. It also has the biggest network of doctors to choose from, with 90% of Illinois physicians belonging to this organization.
