HSA-Qualified Individual Preferred
Catastrophic Plan presents an affordable health

Comprehensive Preferred Plan
has a $750 deductible per person and a $2250 deductible
per family. The out-of-pocket maximum per person is
$2000 and $6000 per family if care is sought from with-in
the network of healthcare providers. Most in-network
services are covered at 80%. The comprehensive plan
also includes such services as prescription drug benefits,
preventive care, and vision care not offered by the
catastrophic plan.
Catastrophic Preferred Plan
has a $1500 deductible per person and a $4500 deductible
per family. Most services covered by the plan are covered
at 80% for in-network care. This plan is very low cost
and an ideal alternative to those who want coverage
without the high price.
MedAdvantage is a new
Medicare Advantage Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
eligible to residents of Spokane County. It offers additional
benefits to Medicare recipients, such as paying for
deductibles and coinsurance. This plan also provides
preventative care, dental, vision, and prescription
drug discounts. As with other PPOs, you are able to
receive service both in and out of network, but with
higher benefits received when staying in-network.
