Basic Blue PPO: After a standard deductible, this plan covers 80% of health costs due to major catastrophic injury. Prescriptions are also covered in part after a deductible. An optional rider to cover Physician office visits is available.
HSA Blue Pro: This consumer-driven plan is similar to the Blue Solution plan, providing comprehensive coverage, an optional maternity rider and wellness care up to an annual limit. There are two levels to the Blue Pro plan, the regular and PLUS. Prescription coverage is not offered in the regular plan. Both plans offer an optional in-hospital stay indemnity rider.
